cinevo is a subscription streaming service for movies and TV series. It runs in any modern browser — phones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs — with nothing to install. Subtitles are available in dozens of languages and playback resumes across devices.
cinevo has exactly two official domains, both operated by us, serving the same catalogue and the same accounts: cinevo.stream and cinevo.to. cinevo.to exists as a fallback for when the primary domain is unreachable — the two are the same service, not two different products.
Any other website or app using the cinevo name is not affiliated with us and is not run by us.
Premium is sold as a single payment for a fixed term. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no stored card. When the term you paid for ends, access simply stops unless you choose to buy another. Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel.
We do not refund a change of mind, because Premium is digital access you can use immediately. We do refund when the service failed to deliver what you paid for: sustained downtime, the site not working for you, a payment that never applied Premium to your account, or titles that would not play. Email us and we will sort it out.
Title metadata, artwork, cast lists and ratings come from TMDB, which does not endorse or certify cinevo. Subtitles come from OpenSubtitles. Ratings shown on a title page are TMDB community scores, not cinevo ratings.
